On September 16, information from Bach Mai Hospital said, under the chairmanship of the Director, Assoc.Prof.Dr.Dao Xuan Co consulted the whole hospital to find the most effective treatment for 11 -year -old girl, victims in the flash flood of Nu village, Phuc Khanh, Bao Yen and Lao Cai.
Joining the consultation, on the Japanese side were Prof. Dr. Hashimoto, respiratory expert from the respiratory department, National Center for Global Health and Medicine Tokyo- Japan.
