1. Memory training by learning foreign languages

Che said, previously he was an expert at the International Cooperation Department - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.He was in charge of Vietnam's cooperation with Asia and Europe, so the work had to use foreign languages.When he was still working, he learned English and learned Lao and Chinese himself.However, after retiring, he did not use many foreign languages, so now he is only fluent in English and Lao.

“When I went to the gymnasium, I often started talking to foreigners and students to speak and learn English together.Sometimes I pretend to forget Vietnamese to speak English only to people.Thanks to that, after many years of retirement, I still speak English well ”,Che said.

2. Regular exercise

“Waking up in the morning, I won't get up and go out of bed,That is very dangerous.I will swing my arms, swing my feet on the bed, rub my stomach, rub my face, rub my whole body, use my fingers to stroke my hair.I just did these movements and breathed deeply for 1 hour ”,Mr. Che shared.

After that, Che left the bed and walked.Every day he will walk 4-5km, then eat breakfast.

Che added, before he retired, he went to the clinic and found a coronary artery failure (the corner of the heart was bruised).After that, every day he had to take vasodilators for 3 years.But after retiring, he was more concerned about his health, read more documents about his pathology and changed his exercise regime, so he no longer had chest.Going to the doctor said he did not need to use vasodilators anymore, but just maintaining the blood pressure is enough.

“I was also surprised because my health was good every day.Every day I maintain the habit of walking.At home, I still do everything from cooking, sewing, cleaning the house for my children and grandchildren ... ”,Che said.

3. Eat lots of vegetables

Che confided in eating, he often eats a lot of vegetables and uses meat in moderate levels.Sometimes he still goes out to eat his favorite dishes.
