At the time of entering the emergency department, the baby itched a lot, the whole body was red, the rash, the edema around the eyes, no difficulty breathing, no abdominal pain, the left heel had a tear -shaped wound of the shoe sole, revealing heel bone.Patients are treated for anaphylaxis, antibiotics against infections, analgesic and hygienic, wounded tape.

Tear heels due to the back of the motorbike/bicycle often occur with children, because young children are often hyperactive, difficult to sit still, so during the process of running, children often deviate to one side. When the car is shocking, tilting or changing the sudden speed can cause the heel to stuck in the spokes, even falling off the car.
To prevent the risk of damage to children, the doctor noted:
- Minimize the child sitting alone in the back of the car.
- For young children, they need to use belts to fix when driving on the road to avoid unfortunate accidents.
- Should install the rear wheel protection mesh, motorbike, seats on the car for children to prevent the same accident situations for children.
