Daily exercise
Ms. Szekely always tries to walk a mile a day.She shared that: "I will not be able to sleep if I have not finished walking.It is not a rigid habit, but it is just a thing to do, such as waking up in the morning”.
She also advised to find active friends to participate in walking every day, helping herself achieve the goals of daily activities easier.
Although her walking intensity was less than when she was young, it was still effective.Naturally exercise through low -intensity physical activities such as walking is a common habit of those who have lived for a long time.
Limit red meat
Ms. Szekely has eaten a pure plant diet from an early age."I prioritize eating fish and seafood.My parents have never forced me to eat meat ”, she said.Her eating habits are similar to the Mediterranean diet, focusing on whole grains, fruits and vegetables and fish.
The three meals that Szekeli often eats include:
Breakfast: yogurt, bananas and whole grains.
Lunch: There is always a salad when she is at home, but if she ate a restaurant with everyone, she liked to try different dishes and did not abstain from excessive.
Dinner: Because she often goes out to eat with friends, Szekely will prioritize choosing fish, salad, baked potatoes or try something new.
Always sociable and actively learning
Szekely's social activities are quite rich.She said:“I have a seasonal ticket for plays at Old Globe Theater in San Diego.I often go to the theater and I love Opera ”.
